Item arrived promptly, and in excellent condition. all components fitted together in their respective positions, as only one space would accommodate them. the four conical legs support the base with the four black circular pieces fitted to the underside of the conical legs to prevent water seepage. the four black circular pieces are part of the two strips of rectangular black& white plastic. the cylindrical mast connects the dispenser on the inside, to the plastic flower on the outside of the device. use downwards pressure on the flower, and turn to the right. ensure that the recesses on both the lid, and the bowl are aligned, as this is where the cord fits. the device is for a usb connection, presumably a laptop. if the power supply is a problem an adapter may be necessary. check with the supplier before purchasing.
